1 generous pinch lemon zest (fresh)
1 Tbsp Vanilla sugar
75 grams Pastry flour
3 ½ Tbsps chopped almonds
3 ½ Tbsps chopped Peanuts
3 ½ ozs butter
3 ½ Tbsps brown sugar
1 pinch salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, dry and hull strawberries. Cut into pieces. Mix with crème de cassis, lemon zest and vanilla sugar and place into four ramekins.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Process flour with almonds, peanuts, butter, sugar and salt until crumbly. Sprinkle over berries.

4.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
