- 600 grams mixed Berry (Strawberries, red and black currants, raspberries, blackberries)
- 4 Tbsps Currant juice
- 2 sm packages Vanilla sugar (20 grams)
- 50 grams Pastry flour
- 25 grams chopped almonds
- 25 grams chopped Peanuts
- 50 grams Cultured butter
- 40 grams brown sugar
- salt
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Preparation steps

Rinse lemon in hot water, grate zest from one half of a lemon.

Rinse, clean and chop strawberries, rinse and dry the rest of berries. Combine berries with black currant juice, lemon zest and vanilla sugar and spread in an ovenproof dish (approximately 20 x 30 cm) (approximately 8 x 12 inch).

Combine flour with almonds, peanuts, butter, brown sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 1 pinch of cinnamon and process with your hands until crumbly. Sprinkle crumble over berries and bake in preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven 160°C; gas mark 2-3) (approximately 350°F) for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
