Rinse, top and chop the strawberries.
Rinse picked berries, pat dry. Mix fruit with cassis liqueur, lemon zest, vanilla and sugar and pour into four small ovenproof ramekins (approximately 150 ml).
Mix flour, almonds, butter, sugar salt and cinnamon and spread crumbly mixture over the berries. Bake is a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes until browned on top. Serve.
