1 Tbsp White vinegar
3 Tbsps Orange juice

Preparation steps

1.

Cut asparagus into 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 in) long pieces. Rinse, pat dry, top and quarter the strawberries. Slice cheese into small sticks. Cut watercress with scissors.

2.

Combine vinegar, oil, orange juice, salt and pepper.  Mix with asparagus, cheese, watercress and strawberries, serve.
