- 2 bunches mixed, fresh Fresh herbs (mint, lemon balm, sage, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, tarragon, sweet woodruff ...)
- 1 kilogram freshly picked Strawberries (farm fresh)
- For Punch
- 300 grams Strawberries (chopped)
- 300 milliliters Rum (clear)
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 bunch Fresh herbs (to taste)
- 500 milliliters water
- Ice cubes
- 100 milliliters lemon juice
- Sparkling wine (cooled)
- Fresh herbs (for serving)
- Strawberries (for serving)
Preparation steps

Arrange strawberries and herbs decoratively on tiered cake stand.

Prepare punch. Combine chopped strawberries with sugar and rum in a punch bowl one day before serving, let stand overnight. Stir and strain through a sieve.

Heat water, blanch herbs and add to strawberries for 3-5 minutes. Remove herbs, add ice cubes and let cool.
4.
Add champagne and desired herbs. Stir well, pour into glasses. Decorate glasses with strawberries and serve.
