2 Tbsps lemon juice
3 Tbsps honey
¼ cup cream (whipped)
1 ½ cups Biscotti (crushed)
3 Peaches (peeled and sliced)
¼ cup Pistachio (chopped)
¼ cup almonds (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Mix together the quark, cream cheese, lemon juice and honey. Fold in the whipped cream.
2.
Place half the cantuccini crumbs in a large glass bowl. Place half the quark mixture on top and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.
3.
Place 2/3 of the peaches on top, cover with the remaining quark and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
4.
Serve garnished with the remaining peaches and sprinkle with the pistachios and almonds.
