- 1 pkg Ladyfinger
- ½ cup sherry
- 2 cups canned, diced Peaches (drained, liquid reserved)
- 1 Maraschino cherry (drained and quartered, liquid reserved)
- 2 cups french vanilla pudding
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
Preparation steps
1.
Soak lady fingers in the sherry and reserved fruit liquids. Layer the bottom of a clear glass serving dish with soaked lady fingers. Cut the remaining lady fingers into large pieces and set aside

Cover the lady fingers in the dish with the pudding; reserve a little for decorating the top if desired. Layer half of the peaches and half of the cherries. Cover fruit layer with the whipped cream.

Top the whipped cream with the remaining fruit, remaining lady fingers and sprinkle the slivered almond. Decorate with pudding if desired. Chill until ready to serve.
