- 8 ozs Cherry tomatoes
- 2 handfuls Dandelion greens
- 6 ozs Feta
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim cabbage, cut into quarters and remove core. Cut quarters into strips. In a wok, fry cabbage in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, 5-6 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse tomatoes and cut into quarters. Rinse, trim and tear dandelion greens into smaller pieces. Mix tomatoes and dandelion greens with cabbage and cook until tender, 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with feta and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
