- 200 grams Brown rice
- 500 grams Green cabbage
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 1 green Bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 8 Tbsps olive oil
- ¼ tsp Chili powder
- salt

- 250 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
Preparation steps
Rinse the rice in a sieve and boil with twice the amount of lightly salted water and let swell at a very low heat for about 30 minutes.
Rinse cabbage, quarter lengthwise, cut out the stalk and cut into fine strips. Rinse peppers, remove seeds and ribs and cut into narrow strips. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.
Heat 6 tablespoons oil in wok. Cook onion and garlic until translucent, add cabbage in portions while stirring and sauté for about 1 minute, then remove.
Put the remaining oil in the wok and cook pepper strips in portions for about 2 minutes, add cabbage again, mix and season with chili powder, salt and pepper, pour vegetable broth and cook in a closed wok, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes over medium heat, then add the rice, season with soy sauce and serve.
