20 grams dried Tongu mushroom (or shiitake mushrooms)
1 Bell pepper
1 chili pepper
150 grams soybean sprout
200 grams Snow peas
150 grams button Mushroom
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves
75 milliliters soy sauce
½ tsp ginger
250 grams Rice
salt

Preparation steps

Soak tongu mushrooms in a bowl of lukewarm water for 30 minutes. Rinse bell pepper, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into fine strips. Rinse chile pepper, cut into thin rings. Rinse snow peas, trim ends. Trim mushrooms and cut into fine slices. Rinse sprouts with hot water over and drain.

Cook rice according to package directions in a pot of salted water, drain.

Heat oil in a wok. Peel garlic and squeeze through a garlic press. Add bell pepper and snow peas and fry for 2 minutes while stirring. Drain tongu mushrooms, cut into pieces, add mushrooms to the wok and continue frying for 2 minutes. Add chile pepper rings and bean sprouts and fry for another 3 minutes while stirring. Add soy sauce and ginger, mix and serve with rice.
