- 800 grams waxy potatoes (best cooked the day before)
- 250 grams cooked Beef (boiled meat, such as Tafelspitz)
- 1 red onion
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter (to fry)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Caraway
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the potatoes and cut into 3-4 mm thick slices. Cut the cooked beef into strips or cubes. Peel, halve and cut the red onion into strips.
2.
Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the potatoes in it until light golden brown for 4-5 minutes. Add the onion and the beef pieces, and fry together for about 5 minutes until crispy.
3.
Season with salt and pepper, stir in the caraway seeds, and serve sprinkled with parsley.
