3 Tbsps soy sauce
3 Tbsps Fish sauce
2 Tbsps Lime juice
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
½ stalk Leeks

Preparation steps

1.

Cut beef into thin strips. Mix fish sauce in a bowl with soy sauce and lime juice. Peel garlic and squeeze through a press into the bowl. Mix meat with the marinade and let rest for 30 minutes.

Rinse leeks and cut white and light green portions into julienned strips. Cook leeks in a pot of boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Blanch, drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.

3.

Heat oil in a wok and fry meat strips while vigorously stirring. Remove beef from the wok and serve sprinkled with leeks.
