4 Tbsps soy sauce
3 Tbsps sesame oil
1 Tbsp Lime juice
1 tsp honey

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse scallions, trim and cut into thin rings.

Halve chile pepper lengthwise and chop.

Combine all ingredients except the scallops and let rest approx. 30 minutes.

Then put baking paper in a steamer and place the scallops on top. Distribute soy sauce mixture over the scallops and steam over hot steam with the lid closed about 4 min..
