2 Steak (each about 250 grams)
2 tsps vegetable oil
l Beef broth (from a jar)
250 grams Leeks
100 grams Celery
100 grams carrots
2 tsps butter
salt (pepper)

Preparation steps

1.

Trim and rinse leeks, cut into thin slices. Peel and rinse carrots, cut into thin sticks. Peel and rinse celery, cut into thin strips. Cover vegetables with a little water and cook for about 30 minutes Drain, if necessary).

Rinse steaks and pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and sear steaks on both sides on high heat. Add broth to the pan until meat is covered up to 1/3 and simmer for about 20 minutes on medium heat. Season steaks to taste. Arrange steaks with vegetables on plates and serve.
