Ingredients

For the steaks
4 Sirloin steak (each about 180-200 g)
salt
freshly ground peppers
vegetable oil
For the sauce
Herb remoulade (store-bought)
For the potatoes and vegetables
1 each red and green paprika (cut into strips)
2 onions (cut into columns)
1 sliced zucchini
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
600 grams cooked red potatoes (cut into bite-size pieces)

Preparation steps

1.

For the steaks: Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Brush with oil. Cook on the grill, turning once, until preferred doneness is reached, about 3-5 minutes.

For the potatoes: Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a skillet. Add the potatoes and cook until golden. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove and set aside.

For the vegetables: Add the bell peppers, onion and zucchini to the skillet, and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the rosemary and season with salt and pepper to taste.

4.

For serving: Serve the steaks, potatoes and vegetbles on plates. Drizzle the sauce over the steaks.
