- 4 carrots
- 70 grams Pine nuts
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 100 grams raisins
- 4 rosemary
- 3 Tbsps White vinegar
- ½ tsp sugar

- 8 Steak (about 300 grams or approximately 11 ounces)
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 80°C (approximately 175°F).

Rinse the zucchini and cut into slices. Peel the carrot and cut into slices. Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan, then remove from the pan. Heat the sunflower oil and fry the vegetables in it. Add the raisins, rosemary sprigs and pine nuts. Add the white wine vinegar and sugar and season with salt and pepper.

Brown the steaks on both sides in a pan with a little butter. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper, wrap in aluminum foil and place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Serve the steaks over the vegetables on plates, and garnish with fresh rosemary.
