4 Steak (each about 300 grams)
1 Tbsp Barbecue seasoning
1 Tbsp clarified butter

2 slices white bread (cut into 2 cm wide strips, toasted)

Preparation steps

Scrub potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes.

Rinse and pat dry steaks, rub with barbecue seasoning. Heat butter in a pan and cook steaks for about 3-4 minutes per side (or cook on a grill). Season with salt and pepper and spread potatoes on plate. Arrange steaks on potatoes and top each with a slice of cheese. Serve with toasted white bread strips.
