- 4 Rump steak (each about 200 grams)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- peppers
- 4 Corn
- 150 grams butter (cut into small pieces)
- ½ bunch chopped parsley
- Aluminum foil
- 1 jar bell pepper relish

Preparation steps

Rinse corn and boil for 30 minutes in salted water. Remove, rinse under cold water (do not drain) and place, still wet on large aluminum foil squares. Add salt, pepper, parsley and butter pieces wrap and seal foil well and cook on the hot grill 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Rinse steak and pat dry. Peel garlic and press through a garlic press, mix with the oil, and season with salt and pepper. Brush steaks with mixture and place on the hot grill 5 minutes.

Serve with pepper relish and bread.
