- 22 ozs Spinach (frozen)
- 2 slices Whole Wheat Toast
- 2 Red onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- Lemon pepper
- Nutmeg
- 4 Steak fillet (each about 6 ounce)
- 1 tsp Granulated onion
- 4 slices Raclette (in slices)
- Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Thaw spinach. Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Toast bread in toaster until crispy and cut into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes. Peel onions and garlic and finely chop. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a frying pan and saute onion and garlic. Add spinach, cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, lemon pepper and nutmeg.

Add remaining oil to another pan. Rinse steaks, pat dry and slowly brown in hot oil on both sides. Season with salt, pepper and onion granules. Place spinach and filets in a baking dish. Top steaks with bread cubes and cheese slices. Place in oven and cook for about 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.

Serve garnished with basil, if desired.
