- 2 Tbsps Nut oil
- 2 Tbsps Massaman Curry paste
- ½ tsp dried, red Chili flakes
- 4 cups rump Steak (cut into thin strips)
- 1 large onion (finely sliced)
- 3 cups green String bean (trimmed)
- 1 ½ cups baby Sweet corn
- 1 cup Beef stock
- ⅞ cup Coconut milk
- ½ Lime (juiced)
- 1 Tbsp Chili sauce
- salt
- freshly ground Black pepper
Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a large wok or shallow pan set over a moderate heat until hot.

Stir the curry paste and chilli flakes into the oil, cooking for 1 minute.

Add the rump steak and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the vegetables, stir well, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
4.
Cover with the stock and coconut milk. Cook until simmering, and then reduce the heat and cook the curry steadily for 5 minutes.
5.
Season to taste with lime juice, chilli sauce, salt and pepper.
