- 14 ozs Squid Ink (black) Tagliatelle
- salt
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ bunch cilantro
- 14 ozs medium shrimp
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 14 ozs crushed Tomatoes (canned)
- salt
- cayenne pepper
Preparation steps

Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Rinse cilantro, shake dry and pluck off leaves. Heat oil in a pan and saute the shrimp with onion and garlic. Add sun-dried and canned tomatoes.

Simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Add well-drained pasta and toss well, season to taste. Just before serving, add cilantro leaves and arrange on plates. Serve.
