- 400 grams Tagliatelle
- 600 grams Cuttlefish
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- olive oil (Extra virgin)
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Lemon peel
- fennel fronds (chopped)
- salt
- peppers (freshly ground)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut squid into rings, leaving tentacles whole. Rinse and halve bell pepper and cut lengthwise into thin columns.

Heat 4 tablespoons olive oil in pan and fry squid in oil over medium heat. Add garlic and bell pepper and cook briefly. Mix in lemon juice and lemon zest and season with salt and pepper. Set pan aside.
3.
Cook tagliatelle in plenty of salted water and drain, setting aside some cooking water. Add tagliatelle to pan contents and mix well. Add 2-3 tablespoons cooking water to mixture. Season again and mix in fennel leaves.
4.
Immediately serve tagliatelle alongside small fennel salad with oranges.
