Preparation steps

1.

Heat 2/3 of the milk until warm. Divide half of warm milk between 2 tall glasses and mix remaining half with espresso. Place long spoons in glasses and gently pour espresso mixture in.

Froth remaining milk and spoon froth on top. Using a template of a football or soccer design, sift cocoa powder over froth.

Serve with sugar to taste.
