1 cup Bacon (rashers, chopped)
2 Red onions (peeled, chopped into wedges)
½ handful Chives (finely chopped)
1.333 cups Blue cheese (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente.
2.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon until crisp. Add the onions and fry until transparent. Drain the pasta and add to the pan, mixing with the bacon and onion. Season with salt, ground black pepper and the chives.
3.
Arrange the pasta on plates, sprinkling over the blue cheese. May be served with fresh white bread.
