2 Tbsps olive oil
4 Italian sausage (casings removed and crumbled)
2 Tbsps fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
4 cups Butternut squash (cut into cubes)
kosher salt (to taste)
freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.
Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the sausage and rosemary. Let sausage brown, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, place the squash in a pot of boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes or until fork tender. Drain and add to the pan with the sausage.
4.
When the sausage has cooked through and the pasta is done, drain, and combine in large serving bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss gently to incorporate. Serve immediately.
