200 grams Cucumber
4 Kiwi
2 mint
1 generous pinch Vanilla bean
1 tsp Lime juice
honey (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and dry the spinach. Rinse the cucumber, and coarsely chop. Peel and coarsely chop the kiwis.

2.

Add the spinach, cucumber, kiwis, mint, vanilla, and lime juice to a blender and puree completely.

3.

Thin the smoothie with up to 100 ml (approximately 3 ounces) of water. Sweeten to taste with honey. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
