1 pinch sugar

150 grams baby Spinach
1 red onion
2 Avocados
50 grams Walnut
120 grams black Olives (pitted)

Preparation steps

1.

Prepare dressing. Peel garlic and chop finely. Combine with vinegar, oil and lemon juice; season with sugar, salt and pepper.

2.

Rinse and spin dry spinach. Peel, halve and thinly slice onion. Peel avocados, halve and pit, cut into slices. Chop walnuts.

3.

Combine all prepared salad ingredients, drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with olives. Serve.
