- For the salad
- 200 grams Baby spinach
- 30 grams Wild garlic
- 1 bunch Radish
- 4 hardboiled eggs
- 80 grams button Mushroom
- 100 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch Chives
- For the dressing
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- unsprayed Daisy (for decoration)

Preparation steps
1.
For the salad: Rinse spinach and wild garlic and spin dry. Rinse and trim radishes and cut into thin slices. Peel eggs and cut lengthwise into quarters. Trim mushrooms, wipe with a damp paper towel and cut into slices. Rinse cherry tomatoes, pat dry and cut in half. Rinse chives, shake dry and cut into small rings.

For the dressing: Combine vinegar with lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Place salad on plates, sprinkle with chives, pour dressing over salad and serve garnished with daisies.
