1 shallot
1 garlic clove
1 chili pepper
1 Tbsp Peanut oil
5 Tbsps Peanut butter
1 ⅔ cups Chicken broth
cup Coconut milk
soy sauce
cayenne pepper
For the garnish
1 Tbsp Peanuts
1 chili pepper

2 Cutting boards, 1 Paper towel, 1 Tweezers, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Mortar oder Blitzhacker, 1 Large knife, 1 großer Freezer bag, 1 rechteckige flache Bowl, 2 Weights (z.B. gefüllte Konservendosen), 1 Bowl, 1 Whisk, 1 Slicing knife

Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic clove. Finely chop the chilli pepper. Place all three ingredients in a saucepan and saute in hot oil.

Add the peanut butter. Continue cooking briefly and then add the broth and coconut milk. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until creamy. Season to taste with the soy sauce and cayenne pepper.
3.
For the garnish coarsely chop the peanuts and toast them in a dry saucepan. Put the soup in small bowls and sprinkle the tops with the peanuts and chilli pepper.
