- 18 ozs Beef sirloin
- 3 Tbsps Fish sauce
- 5 cloves garlic cloves
- 11 ozs Green beans
- 2 sticks Celery
- 2 red chili peppers
- 11 ozs Rice noodles
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- 4 Tbsps light soy sauce
- cilantro
- Lemon balm
Preparation steps

Cut the meat into bite-sized strips and season with fish sauce. Leave to stand for a short while. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the beans, cut into small pieces and blanch in boiling, salted for 3 minutes. Drain.

Wash the celery and cut into strips. Wash and deseed the chillies and cut into rings. Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water and drain.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Quickly sauté the meat, then add the vegetables, garlic and chilli. Fry over a medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add the rice noodles and soy sauce, mix well and fry for a further 1-2 minutes. Serve garnished with coriander and lemon balm leaves.
