- light olive oil cooking spray
- 4 chicken joint
- 4 Tbsps tomato Ketchup
- 1 tsp hot Chili sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika

Preparation steps
1.
Spray a frying pan with oil. Make cuts in the chicken joints and brown quickly on both sides in the frying pan. Put into a baking dish or tin.

Mix the tomato ketchup, hot chilli sauce and smoked paprika together and spread over the chicken. Leave to stand for 30 minutes.
3.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6.
4.
Cook the chicken for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through. (To check, pierce the chicken at its thickest part, next to the bone. The juices should run clear. )
5.
Serve the chicken and sauce with a green salad and sliced radishes.
