- 600 grams Pork tenderloin (Or lamb leg)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp ground Cumin
- 1 generous pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tsps ground paprika (sweet)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 50 milliliters olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Cut pork into bite-sized pieces. Peel and press garlic through a garlic press into a bowl. Stir in spices and oil. Add meat and toss to coat. Cover and marinate about 1 hour.

Thread pork onto wooden skewers and place on a hot grill. Cook, turning skewers until browned on all sides, 8-10 minutes.
3.
Serve pork with white bread and sherry, if desired.
