1 ⅕ kilograms Chicken legs
2 lemons (juiced)
2 fresh chili peppers
6 sprigs rosemary
100 milliliters olive oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Wash the chiles, cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Slice very thinly. Rinse the rosemary, pat dry, and chop 4 of the finely.

Whisk together the lemon juice, chopped chillies, chopped rosemary and olive oil in a bowl until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken drumsticks and refrigerate for at least 1 1/2 hours, turning the chicken once.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (approximately 400°F).

Bake the chicken, in the marinade, for 45 minutes, until crispy, basting every now and then with the marinade. Garnish with remaining rosemary sprigs and serve hot.
