Spicy Chicken Legs

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180 fan) | 400°F | gas 6 and lightly grease a large roasting tin with oil.
In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato puree, honey and minced garlic. Add the chicken drumsticks and mix well until coated. Cover and place in fridge for at least an hour
Spread out the chicken legs in the roasting dish and roast for 45 minutes or until the juices run clear when pierced with a skewer.
Sprinkle with spring onions and chilli and serve with boiled rice.
