2 red chile peppers (deseeded and chopped)
½ bunch mint
½ lemon (juiced)
black Olives (stoned)
1 clove garlic (peeled)

Preparation steps

1.
Whiz the chilli, mint, lemon juice, olives, garlic and a little oil in a blender until a rough paste.
2.
Coat the lamb chops in the paste and set aside for at least 30 minutes.
3.
Cook on a hot griddle for 4 minutes per side or until rosy pink in the middle. Season to taste and eat.
