- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sharp Mustard
- 1 Tbsp sour Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 150 grams Sliced cheese such as Gouda)
- 100 grams sliced Smoked ham
- 1 handful Violet
- 5 Leeks
Preparation steps

Place the eggs in a pan of cold water to cover and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, cover and let stand 12 minutes. Drain, run under cold water, peel and halve. Scoop out the egg yolks and place in a bowl with the mayonnaise, mustard, and sour cream, season with salt and pepper to taste and mash until smooth. Chop the egg whites and add to the bowl.

Arrange the cheese slices slightly overlapping on a piece of plastic wrap. Top with slices of smoked ham and spread the egg salad over. Sprinkle with the flowers and chives and roll up using the plastic wrap.

Carefully slice and serve.
