- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 thin slices Prosciutto
- 2 Tbsps Dijon mustard
- 2 slices Gouda
- ground paprika
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking eggs)
- 4 eggs

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220°C (approximately 425°F). Melt the butter and blend with the oil. Brush the bread slices with the butter mixture.

Place the bread slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with paprika. Top each with a slice of smoked ham and spread with mustard. Top with the cheese. Toast in the oven until warmed through and golden, about 3-5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet and add the eggs. Fry the eggs until set, about 3 minutes. Remove from the pan and trim the edges. Place on top of the toasts and serve.
