- 2 Tbsps butter
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 chili pepper (cut into rings)
- 2 cups floury potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 2 Tbsps Corn starch
- ⅜ cup white wine
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 ⅓ cups milk
- 4 fresh bay leaves
- 2 ½ cups sweet Corn (frozen or tinned)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

2 Bowls, 1 deep bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Mini food processor, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Box grater, 2 Teaspoons, 1 Whisk, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Wire rack, 1 Dough scraper
Preparation steps
1.
Melt the butter in a pan. Add the onions, garlic, chilli and potatoes and sweat for a few minutes. Add the cornflour and stir to coat.

Pour in the white wine and the vegetable stock, bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
3.
Pour in the milk and add the bay leaves and the sweetcorn. Simmer gently for a few minutes, then season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
