- 8 Chicken breasts
- ⅔ cup stirred, natural Yogurt
- 1 tsp ground cilantro
- 1 tsp Garam Masala (spice mixture)
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground garlic cloves
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 4 Tbsps red Pepper Paste
- ⅔ cup vegetable stock
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 1 Leek (cut into rings and washed)
- 3 carrots (cut into batons)
- 4 shallots (cut into wedges)
- 2 tsps lemon juice
- 5 Tbsps Oil

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the spices with the lemon juice, yoghurt and 2-3 tbsp oil. Halve the chicken breasts, put in the yoghurt marinade and mix well. Marinate for at least 3 hours.

Heat the oil and sweat the vegetables. Take the meat out of the marinade, drain slightly and saute with the vegetables.

Add the bay leaves, vegetable stock and red pepper paste and simmer for 5-8 minutes, stirring. Add the rest of the marinade and heat through.
4.
Season to taste and serve. Serve with rice.
