- ⅔ cup fresh ginger
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 3 cilantro
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the ginger and cut into thin strips and slices.
2.
Pour the stock into a pan, add the ginger and slowly bring to the boil. Meanwhile, wash, dry and remove coriander leaves.
3.
Add the coriander and simmer for 2 minutes.
4.
Divide the soup into bowls, season to taste and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
