- 6 Tomatoes
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp tomato puree
- sugar
- Tabasco sauce
- brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp chopped oregano

1 Pot, 1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Piping bag, 1 Lid, 1 Food processor, 1 Steamer basket
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a baking tray.
2.
Put the potatoes on the baking tray. Sprinkle with olive oil and sea salt and cook for about 20 minutes until golden brown, turning several times.

Drop the tomatoes into boiling water for a few seconds, then skin, quarter, deseed and dice.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a frying pan and gently cook the onion and garlic until translucent. Stir in the tomato purée and tomatoes. Simmer for 6-8 minutes.
5.
Add sugar, salt and Tabasco to taste.
6.
Put the potatoes into bowls, spoon the tomato sauce over and serve sprinkled with oregano.
