1 kilogram Tomatoes
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water. Remove from the water and rinse under cold water. Peel the tomatoes and cut into quarters. Remove the seeds and finely dice.

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes, then simmer for 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt, sugar, and pepper. 

3.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package directions until al dente. Drain the spaghetti and arrange on plates. Top with the hot tomato sauce. Grate the parmesan cheese over the spaghetti and serve immediately.
