- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 grams butter
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 3 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 200 milliliters Beef broth
- salt
- peppers (from the mill)
- 1 Tbsp fresh oregano
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped Basil
- 200 grams Crème fraiche
- 50 grams Whipped cream
- 4 centiliters Vodka
- 400 grams Spaghetti
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Rinse chile pepper, slit lengthwise, remove seeds and finely chop. Heat butter in a pan and sautée the onions until soft, add the garlic and chile and let sautée briefly. Stir in tomato paste, then stir in broth and season with salt and pepper. Mix the creme fraiche with the sauce, heat and finally stir in the vodka and herbs.

Drain the spaghetti and serve with the sauce.
