400 grams Spaghetti
600 grams fish fillets (such as zander or cod)
200 grams Snow peas
soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
2 Tbsps sesame oil
4 Tbsps White vinegar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
120 grams salted Peanuts (toasted)
4 Tbsps sunflower oil
6 Tbsps white wine
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the spaghetti according to package directions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Drain, rinse with cold water and drain.

3.

Blanch snow peas approximately 30 seconds in boiling salted water, rinse with cold water and cut lengthwise into very thin strips.

4.

Rinse the fish fillets, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Combine 4 tablespoons soy sauce, ginger, cayenne pepper, vinegar, sesame oil, starch and sugar and marinade the fish in it about 10 minutes. Remove from marinade.

5.

Heat 2 tablespoons sunflower oil and saute the fish for 2-3 minutes then remove from pan. Saute the snow peas and peanuts in the remaining oil. Mix in the pasta, white wine and marinade. Season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Add fish and serve immediately.
