500 grams Banana (cubed)
1 Banana (sliced)
1 onion (finely chopped)
3 Tbsps butter
500 milliliters Chicken broth
salt
peppers (freshly ground)
1 tsp Curry powder
1 tsp Turmeric
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp Garam Masala
2 Tbsps sliced almonds (toasted)
250 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

1.

Heat butter in a pan and saute onion until translucent. Add banana cubes and sauté briefly, add broth and season with salt, pepper and remaining spices. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Puree soup, stir and add cream.

Sprinkle soup with sliced bananas and toasted almonds, add dollop of whipped cream. Serve.
