1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Brush, 1 Small bowl, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Paper towel, 1 Steamer basket, 1 Fork

Preparation steps

1.
Wash and sort the cranberries, pat dry and put into a pan with the red wine. Bring to the boil, add sugar to taste and simmer until reduced slightly.

Heat the clarified butter in a nonstick frying pan and slowly fry the cheese on both sides until it is nice and soft inside. (Alternatively place on aluminium foil and grill on a barbecue. )
3.
Divide the cranberry sauce between 4 plates, add a piece of cheese to each and serve garnished with herbs and a little sauce.
