Soft Cheese and Herb Cups

2 Pots, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Fine grater, 1 Ladle
Whip the cream until stiff. Wash the ramsons, shake dry and remove any hard stalks. Finely shred the leaves, reserving a few whole leaves and some shredded ramsons to garnish. Mix the quark, cream, ramsons, herbs, salt, pepper and lemon zest and chill for about 30 minutes. Spoon into small bowls and serve garnished with ramsons leaves and shredded ramsons.
