- 6 Tomatoes (skinned and diced)
- 2 Avocados (peeled and pitted)
- ½ cup Crème fraiche
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- espelette pepper
- 1 cup Crabmeat
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 8 Cocktail shrimp
- 1 Tbsp fresh Dill (chopped)

Preparation steps
1.
Place the tomatoes in 4 glasses.

Mix the avocado flesh with the crème fraîche and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Season with salt, ground black pepper and piment d'espelette and purée well. Place on top of the tomatoes.
3.
Mix the crab meat with the remaining lemon juice and the oil. Add the prawns and the dill and season with salt and ground black pepper. Place on top of the cream and garnish with a dollop of cream, more piment d'espelette and dill.
