6 Tbsps Maple syrup (more or less depending on taste)
1 ⅔ cups Blueberries
2 Tbsps Lime juice

1 Pot, 1 Springform pan (24 cm Ø), 1 Bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Parchment paper

Preparation steps

1.
Wash, sort and drain the blueberries. Reserve a few berries for decoration. Put the rest of the blueberries into a tall goblet and puree finely with a hand blender.
2.
Mix the quark smoothly with the milk, maple syrup and lime juice and stir in the blueberry puree. Put into glasses and serve decorated with the reserved blueberries.
