2 Tbsps sugar
½ cup butter (melted)
2 cups cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Box grater, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 großer Pot, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Large knife, 1 Immersion blender

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 160°C (140° fan) 325°F gas 3. Grease a 23 x 33 x 5 cm|9" x 13" x 2" baking tin.

Mix together the biscuit crumbs, sugar and butter and press into the base of the tin. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time until blended.
4.
Pour on top of the cooled base and bake for 18-20 minutes until the filling is just set. Remove from the oven and cool, then chill for about 4 hours until firm.
5.
Remove from the tin and cover the filling with the strawberries. Cut into squares to serve.
