1 Pot, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 hohes Bowl
Preparation steps

Melt the butter in a large pan. Add the onion and cook over a low heat until the onion is soft, but not browned.

Add the turkey stock, carrots, potatoes, thyme and bay leaf; season to taste with salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes and carrots are tender. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.

Remove the bay leaf. Pour the soup in batches into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
5.
Return to the pan and stir in the cream. Reheat gently, stirring until smooth.
6.
Pour into warm soup bowls and garnish with parsley.
